Dr Susan has been practicing at Withcott Medical for more than 12 years and she enjoys working in the local community of Withcott. Her passion is looking after families, through both preventative and chronic care.

Dr Susan has further qualifications in skin cancer and cosmetic medicine.

Dr David Park

MChD DRANZCOG DCH BSc FRACGP

Tenant Doctor at Withcott Medical Centre

Dr David graduated from medical school at Australian National University in 2012. He holds a Diploma in Child Health and has completed in-hospital training for a Diploma in Women’s Health.

He enjoys all aspects of general practice and focuses on delivering healthcare with a patient-centred approach to ensure that every patient he sees not only has their concerns addressed but feel more empowered about managing their own health.

Outside of work David is a big sports fan particularly soccer but also enjoys traveling and spending time with his young family.

Dr David is fluent in English and Korean.

In 2024, Dr David will be at the practice on Saturdays on rotation.

Dr Zhi Siow (Yang)

MD

Dr Yang started practicing with us in January 2022 as Registrar and returned in July 2023 to complete his GP speciality training.

Dr Yang’s areas of interest include skin health, preventative medicine and chronic disease management.

Dr Philip Wong

MBBS

Dr Philip completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at James Cook University in 2017. Prior to this he had a background in Kinesiology (Sports and Exercise Science) in Canada.

Philip is passionate about patient centered care, with a focus on patient education, empowerment and motivation in order to help prevent disease and enhance quality of life.  He was drawn to general practice as he enjoys engaging in long-term follow up, building patient relationships, allowing provision of quality health care to locations beyond metropolitan areas.

Outside of medicine, Philip enjoys playing piano and has a passion for physical culture, sports and martial arts.

Dr Philip will be practicing with us until late January 2025.

Dr Qingrui Fu (Rachel)

MBBS, Master OBS & GYN

Dr Rachel commenced at the practice on 22 January 2024.

Rachel graduated from medical school in 2009 and completed her Masters Degree in Obstetrics & Gynaecology  in 2011.
Before moving to Australia she had Obstetric & Gynaecology specialty training for 8 years, predominantly in Women’s Cancer.
Dr Rachel has extended skill training in Skin Cancer.
Her special interest includes Women’s health, skin cancer checks, excisions, grafts and flaps, chronic disease management and Children’s health.

Outside of work Dr Rachel enjoys spending time with her small family, cooking, playing tennis, table tennis and kayaking.

Dr Rachel is fluent in English and Mandarin.
